Position: Environmental Project Manager
Location: Los Angeles and Orange County, CA, USA

We are seeking an environmental professional for a project management role in environmental assessment and monitoring of sites in Southern California. Responsibilities will include: review of documents, preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating project activities, supervising asbestos surveys, client coordination, progress reporting, and occasional field work. Compensation based on experience and certifications.

Qualified candidates must possess either a California Certified Asbestos Consultant or Certified Site Surveillance Technician certification. Familiarity with Word and Excel are essential. California Lead Project Monitor, Lead Inspector/Assessor, NIOSH 582 or OSHA HAZWOPER certifications are a plus.

We are seeking California licensed Certified Site Surveillance Technicians (CSST). Responsibilities will include: conducting asbestos surveys, on-site observation and monitoring of work related to asbestos, air sampling, and report writing. The technician may also be responsible for Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, depending on experience level. Compensation based on experience and certifications.

Qualified candidates must posses a CSST certification and be familiar with Word and Excel. California Lead Inspector/Assessor, Lead Project Monitor, NIOSH 582 or OSHA HAZWOPER certifications are a plus.
