			Lead-based Paint Inspections
			 			CNS Environmental's lead inspectors perform detailed site
			inspections to identify, and evaluate the condition of lead-based
			paint. Inspectors are certified by the State of California
			Department of Public Health (CDPH).
			Their experience includes testing all types of surface coatings
			through both paint chip sampling and with X-ray fluorescence
			(XRF) spectrum
			analyzers.

			Risk Assessments
			Risk assessments are conducted to determine the location, severity
			and nature of lead hazards. The risk assessments include visual
			inspections to determine condition of painted surfaces;
			environmental sampling of paint, dust and soil to determine lead
			content; and written reports providing recommended abatement or
			interim control methods for managing lead hazards. Lead hazards to
			human health and safety are evaluated by Risk Assessors certified by
			the State of California Department of Public Health
			(CDPH).
